Calgoo has made their calendar sharing service and calendar sync software free. Calgoo now works with iCal, Outlook, Google Calendar and more. The syncing software currently only works with Windows and Mac OS X.
I was able to sync (both ways) with iCal and Google Calendar without any issues.
