Structure: WordPress Theme - A very nice, clean WordPress theme. It looks like it has a lot of the “premium” theme features without the cost (donations accepted).
Graph Paper Press has 4 great looking premium WordPress themes. The personal license for their themes are only $19.99. I especially like Gridline News.

The structure theme is really great. Glad you pointed it out for me.
It really is Stefson. I haven’t tried it but from the outside it looks great for a free theme. Justin did a nice job on that one.
