WordPress versions before 2.3 do not know what to do with the tagging features built into the functions.php of Moo-Point 1.5. I have made Moo-Point v1.1 available for download again. It should work fine with WordPress versions earlier than 2.3. So, you can go back to Moo-Point 1.1 or upgrade to WordPress 2.3+ and use Moo-Point 1.5. Let me know if you have any other issues.
