All of the designs were amazing. Congratulations to everyone that competed!

Scott did an incredible job of running the competition. This has been a great experience. Sandbox really taught me a lot about the power of CSS.

I also want to thank all of the judges for their time and knowledge to judge some many fantastic designs.

Update: I also wanted to thank Matt (without WordPress none of this would have been possible) and all of the other sponsors!

  1. Glad you enjoyed participating, Will. I think you have a fine, fine design on your hands. You’ll do well. Keep with WordPress. It’s one of the most satisfying (and frustrating, wink, wink) things I’ve been a part of. :)

  2. Thank you for such a great competition Scott!

Working with WordPress has been a lot of fun and I tend to release more themes as time allows. However, I agree with the frustration at times ;)
I think you were right when you said:

Finally, congrats to the WordPress community.

The community really has a few more powerful designs to work with!

  3. Style that blockquote! He he he. JK. :P
I’ll be watching you, Mr Will. You remember that. :)

  4. I thought it would. I think I must have deleted the styling from the original Moo-Point. I was wondering if anyone would catch it. Now I have to fix it!

  5. Hey now there is a little styling at least :P

  6. <Mr Burns>Excellent.</Mr Burns>

  7. Congrats again, Will! You already know I’m HUGE fan of Moo-Point — I just want to make sure everyone knows!

Now when will I see the mod coming that uses Georgia and font-variant:small-caps? ;)

  8. Thanks Ian. I am glad that you liked Moo-Point. I had fun making it.

You can have the mod anytime you want it. You just let me know.

  9. Hi Will, congratulations! You did a great job. Thanks too for your comment on my blog:-)

  10. Thank you Daniela!

  11. Congrats Will. Moo-Point is a great theme :)

  12. Thanks Bob!

  13. Lol! That response is way funnier here than in my gmail inbox!

  14. I am glad you saw it here Ian :)

  15. Congrats! Yours was probably my favorite in the competition. I must say, I do like the gray more than the brown though. Keep up the good work!

  16. I appreciate it Stephen.

I also like the gray here better than the original Moo-Point. However, I think the browns and reds may have set the theme apart in some ways. You don’t see those colors used a lot in WordPress themes.

  17. Congratulations, Will. This is a fine looking theme, super readable and fast. I’ve certainly been enjoying IAMWW w2 and look forward to your future themes.

  18. Thank you Todd. ishootshows is one of my favorite mods of IAMWW w2!

  19. Thanks for visiting my blog, and the explanation!

  20. You’re welcome eL.fReaKzTeR. Thanks for the post on the SDC. I am glad that the community is happy with the designs that were created in the competition.
